Bird in Hand’s tribute series represents the absolute best of the best… exceptional, rare terroir-driven wines that express a moment in time with elegance, power and finesse.

MAC is made by selecting the very best barrels of an already exceptional vintage. After bottling, Bird in Hand then age the wine in bottle to offer optimum drinkability and as such we are able to offer a phenomenal, 12 year old powerhouse Adelaide Hills Shiraz that came runner up in Winestate’s “WORLDS BEST SHIRAZ” awards (another Bird in Hand wine took the crown).
