Vineyard From Amisfield's organically farmed Pisa vineyard, where stony soils and cool nights keep the fruit tight and clean. Unlike Amisfield's punchier standard Sauvignon Blanc, the Fumé Blanc is wild-fermented and aged in old French barrels for texture and weight, then rested on lees for a few months for body and a savoury edge.

Wine Dry and layered, with citrus and stone fruit sitting alongside a gentle smoky note from the oak, and good drive through a fresh, precise finish.
