Vineyard From Arthur Metz, based in Marlenheim at the foot of the Vosges mountains, between Marlenheim and Thann. Grapes are harvested at full ripeness, fermented over 10 days under controlled temperature, then racked and filtered before bottling. This is the 1.5L magnum format.

Wine Aromas of orange and mandarin with mineral notes, fresh and well-bodied on the palate, finishing dry with a touch of bitterness.
