The name Milleanni ("a thousand years") pays homage to the island's ancient olive-growing heritage, harvesting from centuries-old, twisted trunks that stand alongside young groves across the estate's sun-drenched hillsides.

Cure & Blend Notes: A master blend of indigenous Sicilian olive cultivars—principally Nocellara del Belìce, Biancolilla, Cerasuola, and Pidicuddara. Hand-picked at early ripening (veraison) for maximum polyphenol concentration, followed immediately by continuous-cycle cold extraction under a controlled atmosphere to lock in pure aromatic complexity.
