Vineyard Sourced from hillside vineyards on eastern Waiheke Island and the coastal vineyards fringing tiny Ponui Island (population nine), where grapes can only be barged off when tides allow — a quirk that historically shaped this wine's distinctive late-pick style. Fruit was picked progressively through the season at increasing ripeness levels, fermented long and cool in stainless steel, with fermentation stopped naturally to retain a touch of residual sugar.

Wine Bright and lifted, with white nectarine, green apple, elderflower, and lime zest wrapped in a cool thread of wet stone and sea breeze. Juicy and mouth-filling, with natural sweetness balanced by electric acidity and a fine mineral edge.
