Vineyard From Amisfield's organic estate vineyard below the Pisa mountain range, one of Central Otago's largest single-estate vineyards. Hand-harvested and gently pressed, fermented mostly in stainless steel with a small portion in seasoned French oak for texture.

Wine A vibrant, finely textured white that breaks from typical New Zealand Sauvignon style — depth, minerality, and elegance over overt tropical fruit, with fresh-cut grass, green apple, citrus, gooseberry, and passionfruit.
