Vineyard Winemaker Simon Waghorn blends across a wide range of Marlborough sites, centred on north and south bank Awatere with fruit from Wairau Valley and the Kekerengu Coast. Most grapes are hand-picked and whole-cluster pressed for texture and minerality, with the balance night-harvested by machine to preserve freshness.
Wine Pale gold, with citrus peel, poached pear, and peach aromas lifted by light spice. Pure, crisp, and dry, with fine minerality and delicacy of structure; pear, quince, and peach flavours dominate.
