Vineyard From the Holdaway family's coastal vineyard in Dillons Point — regeneratively farmed, fertile but well-drained soils rich in minerals. Made by Matt Thomson and Master of Wine Sophie Parker-Thomson under their Blank Canvas negociant label, 100% tank-fermented.

Wine Intense and pure, with fresh sage and tropical fruit aromas, a wet-stone mineral quality, and fresh apple and wild white flower notes. Blackcurrant, guava, and passionfruit are captured alongside the subtlest hint of oyster shell — focused and explosive on both nose and palate, with distinct salinity.
