Vineyard Sourced from the "L'Hopital" lieu-dit, where Peggy and Jean-Pascal Buronfosse farm tiny parcels of ancient vines. The soil is a complex mix of blue and gray marl, which provides the high-toned energy and structural depth Savagnin is famous for in the Jura.

Wine A "floral" style of Savagnin, meaning the barrels are kept topped up (ouillé) to prevent oxidation. This results in a pristine wine with aromas of lemon curd, white flowers, and salted almonds. It is incredibly energetic, featuring a precise mineral cut and a long, saline finish.
