Chateau Garage Lyon's Vineyards Chardonnay 2023

Chateau Garage Lyon's Vineyards Chardonnay 2023

• Region: Hawke's Bay
• Sub-Region: Hastings / Lyon’s Vineyard

Vineyard The fruit is sourced from the Lyon’s Vineyard, a site known for its meticulous viticultural standards. The vineyard manager focuses on low-cropping and hand-tending every row to ensure the fruit reaches the "garage" winery in pristine condition.

Wine True to the "micro-winery" philosophy, this is a hand-crafted wine with a focus on texture. It features a complex array of stone fruit and citrus, supported by wild fermentation and extended lees aging that yields a creamy, savory, and slightly funky edge.

Food Pairings

• Slow-roasted pork belly with fennel
• Wild mushroom risotto with truffle oil
