Vineyard The Marlborough outpost of the Bourgeois family of Sancerre, planted at high density across a single estate where Otiran and Waimaungan glacial soils converge into three terroirs — Wither Clay, Broadbridge Clay, and Greywacke Stones. The cool, slow-ripening 2025 season (overcast skies, lower February–March temperatures) delivered exceptional density and focus.

Wine Bursts with bright citrus — mandarin, yuzu blossom, and Meyer lemon zest — layered over acacia, hay, and a flinty, graphite-driven minerality. Restrained and classy rather than fruit-forward, reflecting the estate's Sancerre sensibility.
