Vineyard From Coney Wines, a boutique, down-to-earth Martinborough winery known for its characterful, terroir-driven style. Despite a generally rainy season, the Riesling fruit was selectively picked fully ripe at 20 brix with a touch of botrytis, giving texture and lusciousness.

Wine An aperitif-style, lightly fizzy (spritzy) Riesling at just 9% alcohol, with honey, nectarine and lime character and a luscious quality balanced by zappy acidity — playful and irresistible rather than serious.
