Vineyard From eight organically farmed estate sites across the Wairau Valley. The 2025 season delivered one of the best flowering and fruit sets in decades, followed by a 46-day harvest — the longest in the estate's 24-year history — letting each site come in at its ideal moment. This is also the first Dog Point Sauvignon Blanc fermented entirely on the estate's own wild yeasts.

Wine Aromas of grapefruit, brine, green olives, and lime lead into a medium-to-full-bodied, linear, and vibrant palate with restrained exuberance and a touch of salinity on the finish.
