Vineyard From Peter and Teresa Wutz’s Lone Hill Vineyard in the Waitaki Valley — the “Dragon Bones” label was introduced with the 2013 vintage, named after their daughter’s word for the fossils found in the hills behind the vineyard. Harvested 25 April 2024, with 8g/l residual sugar from a tiny production run of just 110 cases.

Wine A complex nose of preserved lemon, white flowers and flint, with a very textural palate showing citrus and preserved lemon in a flinty, dry style.
