Wine Named in honor of golf legend Ernie Els, this is a classic Stellenbosch Cabernet Sauvignon. Rich, dark aromas of crème de cassis, dark chocolate, tobacco leaf, and cedar wood. The palate is concentrated and structured, driven by layers of blackcurrant, cocoa, and granite minerality, wrapped in fine, muscular tannins that build to a long, stately finish.
