Vineyard An artisanal, low-intervention wine produced from vines grown on the volcanic and schist soils of the Anjou region. The estate focuses on regenerative viticulture and biodiversity, allowing the grapes to capture a raw, energetic expression of the Loire Valley terroir.
Wine A "Métisse" (meaning cross-breed or blend) that is wonderfully lively and expressive. It offers a crunchy palate of red currants and wild strawberries, underpinned by a distinct flinty minerality and floral notes. It is light-to-medium bodied with a refreshing, slightly savory finish.
