Vineyard From Gibson Bridge, a tiny six-acre, husband-and-wife (Howard and Julie Simmonds) boutique winery on Gibson Creek in Renwick that grows only Pinot Gris. Ripe fruit is hand-harvested, whole-bunch pressed, and cool-fermented in stainless steel before a period on yeast lees.

Wine Wonderfully fruited and fragrant, with apricot, poached pear, jasmine, and rich floral aromas leading to an impressively concentrated, generously textured, lingering palate.
