Glenfarclas 1986 Family Cask Single Malt Whisky 700ml

Launched in 2007, the Glenfarclas Family Casks are a historic, unparalleled collection of single cask, cask-strength whiskies spanning consecutive years from 1952 to the 2000s. Conceived by George S. Grant to showcase the distillery’s deep, sherry-matured stock, this series offers a "drinkable history" that highlights the Speyside distillery's independence and, specifically, its long-standing family ownership since 1865. 

Glenfarclas Family Cask 1986 was distilled in 1986 and set aside to mature in a refill Sherry butt until January 2017, when it was bottled at cask strength for their Spring 2017 Release. 546 bottles were produced.
