Vineyard Grown on the Omihi limestone slopes of North Canterbury. The vineyard is managed organically, and the limestone-rich clay soils are essential in providing the incredible mineral tension and structural power that define this site.

Wine An intense and intellectual Chardonnay. It displays complex notes of yellow stone fruit, grapefruit, and a distinct savory mealy character. Wild fermentation and lees aging create a dense, textured mouthfeel balanced by a fine line of saline acidity.
