Vineyard From Greystone's certified organic estate on the limestone slopes of the Omihi Hills. Uses rare Loire clones (376 and 530) alongside the Bordeaux MS clone more typical of New Zealand, giving smaller bunches and golden-hued grapes. Fermented wild in old French oak barrels over seven months, with full malolactic fermentation.

Wine Softly full on the nose with tropical fruit, citrus, subtle herbs, and yeasty richness. Full-bodied, with mango and pineapple entwined with lime, dried herbs, toast, and delicate spice; fine-textured phenolics give an opulent mouthfeel balanced by lively acidity.
