Vineyard Greywacke's flagship "Wild" bottling — wild-fermented in old French oak (a small percentage new) over nearly six months, then aged a further 12 months with occasional lees stirring, about two-thirds going through malolactic fermentation.

Wine Open-knit guava with smoky, leesy/lanolin tones, topped by melon and preserved lemon — a more compact, less flamboyant vintage than some, with subtle oak and gentle grip that needs a little time to open up.
