The Guizzo Winery in Guia is an historic winery, linked to the cultivation of vines for over a hundred years. The passion for the land and work turned into a business in 1925, when Grandfather Angelo Guizzo founded the winery. It now produces wine using grapes from the hills surrounding Guia, where the climate is ideal for growing Prosecco vines. The family’s vineyards have rich but demanding soils that require hard work and a lot of passion.

In the local dialect of Veneto 'Sento' means 'sitting', and this wine sits on lees 'Sur Lie' as per the tradition of Valdobbiadene. Wine is bottled and left to re-ferment in that bottle for two to three months to become a sparkling wine. 

Expect fruity aromas and hints of bread crust - excellent for any mealtime.
