Vineyard Hand-picked fruit from the same Guia di Valdobbiadene hillsides, representing the historic style of bottle-fermented Valdobbiadene wine. Bottled in spring, the wine undergoes a slow secondary fermentation on the lees for a couple of months, finished with the traditional "scaraffatura" decanting ritual to separate the wine from its yeast sediment before serving.

Wine Deep straw yellow with a fine, persistent perlage. Fruity and aromatic, with a characteristic bread-crust note from lees aging. Dry (Brut Nature) and easy-drinking, at 11% ABV, built to pair through an entire meal rather than just as an aperitif.
