Vineyard From Kumeu River, New Zealand's most celebrated Chardonnay producer, led by Master of Wine Michael Brajkovich. The Pinot Gris gets the same meticulous vineyard attention as their flagship Chardonnay, hand-harvested and whole-bunch pressed, with some skin contact for tannin structure, then wild-yeast fermented in tank over an extended period — inspired by the wines of Alsace.
