Vineyard From a small parcel in the Byrne vineyard, Conder's Bend — organically managed vines on stony former riverbed gravels that provide both drainage and heat retention. Hand-picked, whole-cluster pressed straight to French barriques with no chemical additions, fermented with indigenous yeast, and left on lees for fifteen months with regular stirring.

Wine White nectarine, peach, and guava aromas lead to a sleek, ripe, intensely fruited palate with a satin texture — plenty of succulent acidity balanced by a charming, generous, supple character. A serious, barrel-fermented Sauvignon that reads closer to white Burgundy than classic Marlborough style.
