• Varieties: Sauvignon Blanc (with a small ~3% Semillon addition for texture)

Vineyard Mahi's standard bottling, sourced from seven vineyards across Marlborough. Hand-picked and whole-cluster pressed to minimise skin contact; roughly 7% barrel-fermented in older French oak for weight, with the balance kept cool in stainless steel.

Wine Deeply flavoured and textured, packed with tropical fruit, passionfruit, kiwi, lime, and citrus, with a lovely creamy edge and fantastic depth of flavour.
