Vineyard The Holly series is produced from the premium Southern blocks of the Matahiwi estate. The cool, breezy climate of the Wairarapa and the well-drained alluvial soils produce fruit with great structural integrity and refined aromatics.

Wine A classically styled, structural Chardonnay. This wine features a delicate mix of citrus peel and white florals, with a textured palate of nectarine and biscuits. It is an elegant style with a fine line of acidity and a clean, persistent finish.
