Vineyard Sourced from the heart of the Loire Valley, where the vines grow in the region's famous tuffeau (limestone) soils. The Monmousseau family, pioneers of the Méthode Traditionnelle in the Loire since 1886, manages these sites to produce fruit with a specific balance of floral aromatics and high natural acidity.

Wine An elegant and vibrant sparkling wine that serves as a fantastic alternative to Champagne. It offers a bouquet of white flowers, honeyed pear, and quince. The palate is light and crisp with a fine, persistent mousse and a refreshing mineral finish that is typical of the Touraine terroir.
