Monte Christo Pisa Pinot Noir 2023

We have very limited stock of this truly amazing Pinot Noir made by Monte Christo winery, a relative newcomer (with a very old history) to the Central Otago wine scene that is truly making waves. Established in 2018 by Nicholas Paris MW who discovered (and resurrected) Clydes historic Monte Christo winery… established by Central Otago pioneer Jean Désiré Féraud in1864 (who knew NZ had such a long wine history).
With 2022 being the maiden vintage, the wines are already extremely highly rewarded with the 2023 Monte Christo ‘Pisa’ Pinot being judged NZ’s best in a recent issue of Cuisine on top of several other accolades:
