Vineyard Moy Hall is the family-owned Martinborough vineyard and restaurant of Phill and Carolyn McArthur, who purchased the 8-hectare site on Martins Road in 2015. Vines were first planted in 1989 (with replanting in the early 2000s using new clonal material) and now range from 20 to 32 years old, low-cropped for concentration. The name honours the land's former use as a sheep-grazing paddock owned by the Sutherland family of Moy Hall Farm, and nods to the McArthurs' own Scottish Highlands heritage (Moy Hall is also the name of the Mackintosh clan estate south of Inverness). Grapes are gently crushed and cool-fermented to preserve natural fruit vibrancy, with traditional, minimal-intervention winemaking throughout.

Wine Fresh, vibrant aromas of passionfruit, lemon blossom, and gooseberry, balanced by mineral acidity and bright citrus and tropical fruit flavours — fermented fully to dry, at a relatively modest 12.5% ABV.
