Collio is an area in Italy known for producing excellent white wines and the grapes for Muzic Chardonnay are grown within the best region, San Floriano. Muzic is the third oldest winery in Italy and member of a Consortium that works to grow and protect wines of Collio. The bottle shape itself is called the "Collio bottle", designed to assist with maturation in the bottle for their DOC-only certified wines.

Muzic is aged on lees in stainless steel vats for three months after fermentation, producing a crisp chardonnay with a fine body and characteristic notes of apricot, exotic fruits and white pepper.
