OGM Pickled Grey Oyster Mushrooms with Lemon & Thyme 200gm

This Grey Oyster mushroom pickle is made in small batches from mushrooms grown on a permaculture farm in Ohau. They use white wine vinegar for a quick pickle process with lemon zest & juice, thyme and black pepper as a flavouring.
