Vineyard From Palliser Estate, a Martinborough flagship. Its first vines were planted in 1984, its first commercial wines were released in 1989, and it now farms about 90 hectares on the Martinborough Terrace. The 2024 Riesling is made in a dry, concentrated style.

Wine Bone-dry and tart, with fresh lime, Granny Smith apple, mandarin, white blossom and white apricot. A seam of wet river stone minerality and a saline quality add length. The acid line is taut, with ripe fruit at the core, and it will reward some time to settle.
