Vineyard Sourced from the Donaldson family’s estate vineyards, where the vines grow in free-draining stony soil. The long, dry autumns of the Waipara Valley allow for a late harvest, ensuring the fruit develops the intense flavor concentration and high natural acidity that are hallmarks of the estate.

Wine A rich, full-bodied, and highly complex Chardonnay. It delivers a powerful palate of ripe nectarine, grilled pineapple, and toasted cashew, supported by a savory, mealy texture from wild fermentation and extended lees aging. A fine mineral thread provides a persistent, elegant finish.
