Vineyard From Peregrine, the family-owned (McLachlan family) organic winery based in Gibbston. It was founded with a first vintage in 1998 and named after New Zealand's native falcon. Fruit comes from its Central Otago vineyards across Bendigo, Pisa and Gibbston, and the estate supports native bird conservation.

Wine Elegant and aromatic, with vibrant aromatics, purity of flavour, a distinctive minerality and fine palate texture. There is a pleasing herbaceous lift, and it reads as more restrained and mineral than Marlborough's tropical style.
