Vineyard Sourced from the Manatu vineyard in Central Otago, this site is managed with the same biodynamic philosophy that defines Pyramid Valley. The lean, stony soils of Lowburn provide an environment where the Chardonnay can achieve power without losing its acidity.

Wine A textural and energetic expression of southern Chardonnay. It is fermented with wild yeasts and offers a complex array of stone fruit and citrus blossom, supported by a fine-grained oak texture and a refreshing mineral tension.
