Vineyard A single-vineyard wine from Rapaura Springs, owned by the Neylon and Wiffin families. Bull Paddock is only minutes from the winery, which keeps skin contact to a minimum. Persistent flooding over the centuries has left shallow topsoil over heavy clay pan. The 2025 season had a warm spring, and crop thinning followed by a cool January that extended ripening. Harvest began in mid-March.

Wine Vibrant passionfruit, guava, tropical fruit and blackcurrant bud, with a saline minerality and focused acidity. Cameron Douglas MS also notes white and yellow peach, red apple, pink grapefruit and green melon, with a sandy-soil, sea-breeze quality.
