Rockford Rod & Spur Shiraz Cabernet 2021

Based on classic Australian blends of the 50’s and 60’s this is a Shiraz / Cab made famous by wines like Penfold’s Grange and named for the time-consuming rod and spur pruning method used to get both varieties to optimum ripeness. This is a wonderful example of this style made by an iconic producer and listed in the Langton’s Classification (i.e. top 100) of Australian Wines.
