Vineyard Part of Rapaura Springs' ROHE range of single sub-region wines. Blind River is the driest, coolest and most wind-swept sub-region on Marlborough's Southern Coast, with free-draining soils of stone and clay. The 2025 season had a warm spring, and crop thinning followed by a cool January that extended ripening. Harvest began in mid-March.

Wine Intensely aromatic, with lemongrass, yellow citrus and an unexpected richness on the palate. Decanter's judges also noted melon, mango, pear, Japanese citrus and fresh herbs. It is savoury, textured and layered, with mouth-watering acidity driving a lengthy finish. It will drink well for about five years.
