Wine A sophisticated, artisan wine focused on texture and site expression. Fermented with indigenous yeasts, it reveals complex notes of grapefruit, yellow stone fruit, and a distinct flinty reduction. The palate is savory and multi-layered with a lingering, mealy finish.
