Nose
Dark chocolate, dried fruit dusted with clove and black pepper, sea spray
Palate
Apricot, raisin and a hint of blackberry too. Soon enough, wafts of classic Talisker smoke come along
Finish
Long and robust with more smoke and sweet, fruity sherry
