This is a classic, powerhouse Barossa Shiraz from a single site. It is intense, dark, rich but also balanced; in part because of the 20% whole-bunch fermentation in concrete egg before being pressed to French Oak but also because it’s vineyard is at a super-high altitude in the Eden Vale above the Barossa Valley floor.
