Vineyard Two Paddocks' flagship bottling, drawn from four of the estate's certified-organic vineyard sites across Central Otago. Founded in 1993 by Sam Neill, the estate has grown from its original Gibbston vineyard to include sites in Alexandra and Bannockburn, farmed with a deliberately restrained approach — hand-harvested fruit, natural ferments where possible, and aging in carefully selected French oak.
Wine Aromas of equal parts dark berries and skin, savoury wild spices, and oak. Dry, taut, focused, and fleshy, with an abundance of texture from tannins and acidity framing core flavours of dark plum, boysenberry, raspberry, and blackcurrant, lifted by violet and wild rose.
