Working with growers all over South Australia they strive to hero ‘climate adaptable’ varieties like Fiano, Grenache, Nero and more… mostly Mediterranean varieties that can withstand the harsh drought-like conditions of SA. And because they are growing varieties that are simpatico with the climate (rather than Chardonnay and Cabernet, both of which require a lot of irrigation), all of a sudden they are producing world-class wines in lesser known appellations like The Riverland.

A variety from Campania in the South of Italy this is fast becoming one of South Australia’s go-to serious whites. Rich, complex and mineral-driven with tons of natural acidity, waxy grapefruit pith, pineapple and a bergamot-like floral note, this is an exceptional winter white for those who prefer less oak.
