UZ make fun, modern, energetic wines from the west island and our first shipment of these amazing wines sold out fast. Working with growers all over South Australia they strive to hero ‘climate adaptable’ varieties like Fiano, Grenache, Nero and more… mostly Mediterranean varieties that can withstand the harsh drought-like conditions of SA. And because they are growing varieties that are simpatico with the climate (rather than Chardonnay and Cabernet, both of which require a lot of irrigation), all of a sudden they are producing world-class wines in lesser known appellations like The Riverland.

Made with Grenache, Sangiovese and Dolcetto this is a light, bright, dry, refreshing aromatic rosé unlike anything we can make in NZ. Already a Village Wines favourite this wine is a stunner!
