Vineyard A commemorative cuvée from VALLI's own Gibbston estate, marking winemaker Grant Taylor's 25th vintage in the subregion where he's crafted single-vineyard Pinot Noir since founding VALLI in 1998. The warmer 2022 season gave density and concentration; the wine received 25% whole-bunch fruit and 25 days of total maceration, aged 11.5 months in 29% new French oak.
Wine Opens reductively but settles to reveal cherry, star anise, pomegranate molasses, white strawberry, aniseed, and milk chocolate, with fine, lingering tannins.
