Zenkuro Plum Sake 375ml

Made in Queenstown by Dave and Yasuko Joll, ZEN - KURO means completely (or all) black and since their inception have become the first and only Sake brewery in New Zealand and one that is now internationally recognised as one of the best non-Japanese Sake breweries in the world.

This is a highly awarded (Gold Medal at the London Sake Challenge) slightly sweet sake made by infusing local plums and Manuka honey. It has a blush colour and soft richness. It’s great served chilled but is also a great addition to cocktails.
