Vineyard From the Glover family's vineyards, established in 1985, farmed organically in the Dillons Point subregion. Machine-harvested, inoculated with neutral yeast, and fermented cool in tank, spending winter on fine lees before bottling without fining.

Wine A distinctive, attractive bouquet of fresh citrus, grapefruit and lime, angelica leaf, white peach and tropical fruit, with a defining sea-air character. Delicious on the palate with citrus and pineapple, sweet grapefruit and red apple — the variety's usual herbaceous edge kept to a light touch.
